Overview
Datazapp’s Email Hygiene identifies non-human email addresses designed for spam monitoring & email tracking, as well as risky emails such as spam complainers, anti-spam traps, honey pots, etc. These emails don’t respond to email offers and only cause harm to sending-IP reputations.
Before You need to start
- Sign Up
- Register: For new users, register for a free account at DataZapp’s registration page.
- Login: If you already have an account, simply sign in.
- Login to Your DataZapp Account:
- Access the DataZapp platform by logging in with your credentials.
Steps for Email Verification:
(1) Navigate to Email Verification:
You can find the email verification option in the left side menu under the Append module, as shown in the image above.
(2) Upload Your Email List:
Upload the list of email addresses you want to verify. Ensure the file is in the correct format as required by DataZapp.

(3) Mapping Fields:
- Once the file is uploaded, DataZapp will prompt you to map your fields.
- Match your data fields (e.g. Email) with DataZapp’s predefined fields.
- Ensure each field is correctly mapped to avoid errors in data processing.
- After mapping of fields , click on submit to finish the process.
After successful payment , you can download your file from the “My activity” section.
After submitting a file a token will be generated.This token can be used to reference the verification results in future processes or integrations within DataZapp.Your file will be shown in “My Activity” at upper right main menu.It will take some time to verify and download a file.
Datazapp verification process ensures hygiene for all email addresses which come under scrutiny by validating their syntax, domain, mailbox status, detecting spam traps, role accounts, disposable emails, and catch-all servers,
Datazapp provides a status column that includes the status of emails so that users get an idea of their validity and quality.
