General Info
Datazapp is a self-serve pay-as-you-go platform in which users can pull, append, & scrub lists anytime the need arises. Each data order is a separate transaction which you can pay for using a credit or debit card.
You have the option to load money to your account balance to use towards data orders like a declining balance. If you load $1,000 or more at a time, you’ll lock-in discounted pricing. More about our pricing plans here.
There is no cost to explore our database or create targeted lists. You can also upload lists for append and view complimentary match reports & no-obligation quotes.
There are no subscriptions, contracts, fees, or other requirements. You only need to pay when you’re ready for data.
Payment Methods
Datazapp accepts all major credit cards including American Express. There is no credit card fee applied to transactions.
ACH (Automated Clearing House) payments are also accepted. Physical checks can be mailed to our office location.
We do not accept payments through PayPal or CashApp at this time.
Account Balance
Every Datazapp user will have an account balance. There is a payment form in your Datazapp account on the “Buy Credits” page. (Look for the blue button at the top of the account screen).
When payment is made, the funds are added as credits to the user’s account balance, and can be used towards data orders at that time or in the future.
Funds on your account balance can be used toward any of Datazapp’s services.
Users have the freedom to either add funds to their account balance only when buying data, or add a larger sum to the account balance to be used as a declining balance toward future orders.
Users who load $1,000 or more at a time will lock-in discounted pricing. More about our pricing plans here.
Saved Cards & Auto Top-Up
You can save one set of card details for easy checkout, and update your payment details at any time.
Users can also set an automated top-up trigger to add a desired amount of funds when the balance dips below a specified amount.
For example – add $1,000 to account balance whenever the balance dips below $50.
Auto top-ups are helpful for pre-paid users who run automated data orders and want to avoid interruption of service.
Receipts & Invoices
Receipts are not generated with each data order, however. On large orders over $1,000 – you can request a paid invoice from your account manager.
Invoices are also not generated on-demand prior to any order. If you’re looking to move forward with an order of $1,000 or more – you can request an invoice from your account manager.
Account Statement
A ledger of account balance deposits & charges is available in each Datazapp account. You can view it by clicking the blue “Balance” button at the top right of the screen when logged in.
Each data order includes a description, time stamp, and amount deducted from the account balance.
Users can search through the statement by keyword and can export the report to a .csv file anytime.
Refunds
Datazapp does not have a refund policy and does not issue refunds. This includes payments for data orders and funds added to the account balance as pre-paid credit.
Please purchase data according to your level of marketing experience, with an understanding that Datazapp does not offer guarantees and does not issue refunds based on the performance of your marketing campaign, the perceived accuracy-level of the data, or differing expectations when purchasing the data.
If you have made a mistake or believe an error was made in your data order, contact your account manager with details.
